Flip Chip COB FC30 20W-30W with small LES and standard copper star base 20*20mm is widely applied to logo projectors, gobo lights, head lights and flash lights. It delivers great light beam and exllent color consistency with good brightness.

• Super small LES 2.9*2.91mm specialty white LED delivers high brightness
• High current operation: up to 2.1 A DC @ 12-14V
• High power & lux density, 20W 30W, with copper star base
• Over 2000 lumens at rated driving current
• Available in 5700K, 6500K and 8500K (typ) color temperatures
• Available in 70Ra, 80Ra, 90Ra, 95Ra (typ) color rendering index
• Safe, reliable, thermoelectric separated
• Ceramic base with Flip Chip mounted, no gold wire bonding
