Grounding: The lamps must have good wiring and grounding according to the requirements of the manual. If the Class I lamps are not grounded, they will become similar Class 0 lamps;

Allowable voltage fluctuations: HCI ceramic metal halide lamps, HQI quartz metal halide lamps and NAV high-pressure sodium lamps require voltage fluctuations within a short period of time not to exceed +/- 5% of the range, the long-term allowable fluctuation range of +/- 3%, compared Large voltage changes will shorten the life of the lamp and cause color shift;

Use of light source: frequent switching will shorten the life of the lamp; Our company provides full spectrum COB LED chip.

Ballast: The distance between the light source and the ballast is limited, generally no more than 3 meters;

Starting current: HCI, HQI and NAV according to different ballasts, the lamp starting current can be up to twice the operating current, so this current must be considered in circuit design, otherwise, the switch is easy to trip;

Luminous flux: The parameters of the light source are relatively stable at the point of 100 to 300 hours. The ignition points of the T-type and TS-type are horizontal, while the E-type is the vertical lamp head. There are significant differences;

Color deviation: For all HQI and HCI metal halide lamps, there may be a color deviation between the lamp and the lamp. This color deviation is due to the influence of external factors such as power supply voltage, ballast and lamp design, etc. Influencing factors of color temperature consistency;

Internal factors: The consistency of the arc tube (mercury filling, electrode gap, volume, current status, and size, etc.) determines the consistency of the lamp power and cold spot temperature, which all affect the density of the halide, which determines the lamp color temperature consistency. At present, foreign advanced level, the relevant color temperature tolerance of the same batch of light sources can be controlled at about +/- 100K, while the domestic advanced level is about +/- 300K. For a 3000K metal halide lamp, this color temperature difference of 600K can be easily felt with the naked eye.

External factors: different ignition points can differ by 600K, power supply voltage parameters, supporting capacitors, and relevant industry standards. For rated power below 400W, the ballast adjustment rate must be ≤10%; Flow device, you can prevent color temperature deviation.
